The boxes around the imported object will be all white, not red, on the ToyBox website when you've imported an object and shrunk it adequately. Leave about 5mm all around the edges to prevent hitting the end-stops during printing. Be sure to shrink your imported file appropriately to the size of the print volume when you import it.Otherwise, try a different STL file altogether or make it from scratch in TinkerCad. Importing them into and exporting them again as STLs *may* fix some of the mesh problems. They may have bad designs, gaps in the designs, and bad meshes.
